HYPERION

HOSPITALITY

CHELTENHAM · 16 TO 19 MARCH 2027

Cheltenham
Festival.

Four days in March, and the pinnacle of the jump racing season. Hyperion is now arranging hospitality for the Cheltenham Festival 2027, personally, from the first conversation to the final race.

THE OCCASION

The sound
of March.

Racing at Cheltenham began on Cleeve Hill in 1818 and moved to Prestbury Park, at the foot of the hill, in 1831. Steeplechasing has been run on the present course since 1898, and the Gold Cup since 1924. Today the Festival is the meeting every jump racing yard in Britain and Ireland builds its season around: twenty-eight races over four days, opened each year by the famous Cheltenham roar. In 2027 the Champion Hurdle marks a hundred years since it was first run.

It is a week of real atmosphere, and the right setting makes all the difference. We take care of every part of it, so that the racing is yours to enjoy.

THE DETAILS

Before
the day.

THE ROAR

The opening race

The Festival begins on Tuesday afternoon with the Cheltenham roar as the first field sets off. Gates open at 10.30am, with racing from 1.20pm to 5.20pm on each of the four days.

THE STYLE

What to wear

There is no formal dress code, but smart country dress is the tradition: tweed, a warm coat and a hat, with shoes suited to a March racecourse.

THE ARRIVAL

Getting there

Festival week brings heavy traffic and very few rooms near the course. We arrange chauffeured transfers timed around your day, and secure hotels early.

Timings are set by the racecourse and may change. We confirm every detail with you before the day.

THE SETTINGS

Where we place
our guests.

TRACKSIDE

The Horse & Groom

The racecourse’s own pub, with a balcony over the last two fences. Relaxed, award-winning, and as close to the racing as hospitality gets.

THE THIRD FLOOR

Chez Roux

Fine dining in balcony boxes on the third floor, looking down over the final fences.

THE TRIPLE DECK

Steins

Jack Stein’s Cornish-inspired restaurant on the top floor of the Triple Deck, a lively room looking out over the track.

THE COTSWOLDS

Cleeve Suite

A long lunch with views across the course to Cleeve Hill and the countryside beyond.

THE GRANDSTAND

Private boxes

Your own room above the course for the day, from the boxes nearest the finishing line to those with a private balcony.

ON REQUEST

Elsewhere at Cheltenham

We recommend the right setting for your guests and the occasion, and can arrange any of Cheltenham’s restaurants on request.

WHAT WE ARRANGE

Arranged,
personally.

A private box or a table in the restaurant that suits you, chauffeured transfers from your door, and guidance on every detail of the day. Wherever you are travelling from, we can arrange flights and hotels around the Festival. On the day, a single point of contact looks after you and your guests from arrival to the final race.

Whether you are hosting clients across all four days or coming for Gold Cup Day alone, the arrangement is shaped around you.
