HOSPITALITY

ROYAL ASCOT · 15 TO 19 JUNE 2027

Royal
Ascot.

Five days in June, and the most formal occasion in the British sporting year. Hyperion is now arranging hospitality for Royal Ascot 2027, personally, from the first conversation to the final race.

THE OCCASION

An occasion
like no other.

Racing at Ascot dates back to 1711, when Queen Anne founded the course, and the Royal Meeting remains the defining week of the British summer. Since 1825, each afternoon has opened with the Royal Procession along the course, followed by some of the finest flat racing in the world.

It is also an occasion of detail. Enclosures, dress codes and etiquette are particular, and the right arrangement makes all the difference. We take care of every part of it, so that the day itself is yours to enjoy.

THE ENCLOSURES

Three ways
to attend.

THE MOST FORMAL

The Royal Enclosure

The most exclusive enclosure at Ascot, with its own entrance, gardens and restaurants. Access is through official hospitality, which we arrange. Morning dress with a black or grey top hat for gentlemen; formal daywear for ladies, with a hat and hemlines just above the knee or longer.

THE WINNING POST

The Queen Anne Enclosure

Overlooking the winning post and close to the parade ring, with a wide choice of private boxes and restaurants. A suit and tie for gentlemen, and a hat, headpiece or fascinator for ladies.

THE GARDEN PARTY

The Village Enclosure

A garden-party setting in the heart of the course, with fine dining, bars and music into the early evening. A jacket and tie for gentlemen, and a hat, headpiece or fascinator for ladies.

We advise on the right enclosure for each guest and each occasion, and provide full dress guidance before the day.

THE SETTINGS

Where we place
our guests.

ROYAL ENCLOSURE

The Parade Ring

Ascot’s most celebrated restaurant, moments from the horses before each race, with a long lunch between them.

ROYAL ENCLOSURE

The Panoramic

The only restaurant on the sixth floor of the grandstand, with the highest view of the course.

QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE

The Furlong Club

A private decked terrace and marquee with wide views across the course, an unhurried lunch and attentive table service through the afternoon.

QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE

On 5

Fine dining on the fifth floor, with a private terrace looking out over the track.

THE GRANDSTAND

Private boxes

Your own room above the course for the day, for hosting at your own pace.

ON REQUEST

Elsewhere at Ascot

We recommend the right setting for your guests and the occasion, and can arrange any of Ascot’s restaurants on request.

WHAT WE ARRANGE

Arranged,
personally.

A private box or table in the enclosure that suits you, chauffeured transfers from your door, and guidance on every point of dress and etiquette. Wherever you are travelling from, we can arrange flights and hotels around the meeting. On the day, a single point of contact looks after you and your guests from arrival to the final race.

Whether you are hosting clients over five days or attending once with family, the arrangement is shaped around you.
